Week two into 30 pounds weight loss marathon; after 42000 jumps and 56 hours of Perfect Tights I am 24.2 pounds younger. Can’t stop thinking how great it is!
Weight: minus 24.2 lbs. Thigh CMF: minus 2.8”, Hip CMF: minus 3.9”, Waist CMF: minus 4.8”
Routine: Perfect Tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day. Walking to work with a 22lbs back pack (same old same old). Hula hoop 5 min a day.
Food – logging calories intake @ www.loseit.com Four 8/16 fasting days per week.
