This is my first week of “softening”. I am softening up through sauna, oil massage and callanetics. It is a bit tricky to spend 30 minutes in the sauna. Till now I managed only 20. Furthermore – I am supposed to oil my skin after sauna, but I am very lazy. I will try to be more diligent next week. Another thing is callanetics. Till now I have not managed to integrate one hour callanetics into my daily routine. I have to trick myself into jumping rope in the morning and doing callanetics in the evening. Jumping rope is an exercise which does not ask for any preparation and it is easy to start. Callanetics on the other hand requires my computer with callanetics movie and a clean spot on the floor.
This brings me to the clean-spot-on-the-floor-challenge. I think I need to build in 30 minutes house cleaning into my routine before I can do callanetics on the floor without collecting dust into my mouth.

Routine: Perfect tights / Slimming tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day. Body treatment: full body oil after sauna. Food – logging my calories intake @ www.loseit.com
