Chapter 160: Hmm. How to quit stress? I obviously have to…

I have been smoking before. I remember there were several events which would make me longing for a cigarette:

1) Drinking alcohol

2) Drinking coffee

3) Talking on my cell phone at work or while walking home

4) Stress

I quit smoking.

I used to drink alcohol.

I remember there were several events which would trigger me buying my evening beer:

1) Talking on my cell phone while walking home

2) Stress

I quit drinking.

I used to be overweight. – I quit being overweight.

Today something tried badly to stop me from exercising, from writing my blog, and made me feel not quite the same but somewhat distant like this old fat girl again:

1) Stress

Hmm. How to quit stress? I obviously have to…

What if I change my perception of stress?

What if I treat stress the same way Coco taught me to treat sadness?

Like a wind… A force of nature…

Which comes and goes according to his own intricate agenda… But not for me and not because of me…

It is worth a try… It is very windy today…. Have to go rope jumping…
