Chapter 101: Ready for even more weight loss?!

Who is dancing in the middle of the rice field? Who is jumping around followed by a yellow little dog? This is me! But not the one you knew before. This is me 22.3 pounds lighter.

I am first week into 30 pounds weight loss marathon.

Weight: minus 22.3 lbs. Thigh CMF: minus 2.8”, Hip CMF: minus 3.9”, Waist CMF: minus 4.8”

Routine: Perfect tights – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day. Walking 1 hour to work and back with a 22lbs back pack (the one which is supposed to remind me that taking thing personally is a heavy burden. And yes it is a heavy burden.) Hula hoop 5 min a day.

Food – logging calories intake @ www.loseit.com Four 8/16 fasting days per week, where 8 stands for 8 hours of food consumption and 16 for 16 hours of fasting in-between.
