Chapter 97: One weird garment + One weird exercise = 20.3 pounds off!

Who would know that losing weight might be so exciting? I am completely absorbed by the process, enjoying it like an intricate mix of action & puzzle game.

4th week of 20 pounds marathon is done and I am 20.3lbs lighter. I am officially allowed to throw away the second brick. Yeah!

And I guess there will be new instructions for the next 10 pounds module. I am going for 60 pounds weight loss altogether. It means 4 more modules to go. Coco will be around one of these days to instruct me further.

  2. Stop drinking alcohol – DONE
  3. Develop own fashion product – DONE
  4. Lose 10 pounds – DONE
  5. Lose 20 pounds – DONE
  6. Lose 30 pounds – Work In Progress
  7. Lose 40 pounds
  8. Lose 50 pounds
  9. Lose 60 pounds
  10. Make my first million.– Work In Progress

Weight: minus 20.3 lbs. Thigh CMF: minus 2.4”, Hip CMF: minus 3.6”, Waist CMF: minus 4.4”

Routine: Perfect tights (Slimming Super-Garment) – wearing the whole day and during exercise. Exercise – 1 hour moderate rope jumping per day (6000 jumps/hour). Steam sauna – 20 minutes per day.

Food – logging my calories intake @ www.loseit.com Two 8-16 fasting days per week, where 8 stands for 8 hour of food consumption and 16 for 16 hour of fasting in-between.
