Chapter 32: Oh boy my muscles hurt on Sundays!

You may think I am distracted by all those fashion ideas and stuff; that I am jumping from one thing to another. You are right – I am distracted from constant brooding about how long it takes to see the results. And you are right I am literally jumping from one thing to another. I am jumping rope every day for one hour, except for Saturdays and Sundays. On Saturdays I am jumping walls and various obstacles in a two hour free running class. O boy my muscles hurt on Sundays! On Sundays I crawl for a walk. There is a hope that my condition will get better and I abandon crawling on Sundays for a more dynamic exercise.

I am still logging my food and exercise every day. I figured 26kg of fat is worth 200K calories or 222 hours rope jumping. Counting the hours now rather then standing on the scale which is still broken.

Free running is a new venture. Coco said changing your life is like a spring cleaning: you have to throw away all old stuff first and venture all those things you always wanted but never did. Free running is something I always wanted and never did. Until now. And now we are talking about it – writing a blog, just writing – is something I always wanted but never did. Until now.

Meeting with Liya Long is next week. I am excited as 5 years old at her birthday night. And in all this excitement I can’t help but jump!
